Return Policy

At Pharmacopia, we stand behind the quality of our products and happily accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date you receive your shipment. Original shipping cost is not refunded.

Please contact us at info@pharmacopia.net for shipping instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless there is a quality issue with the product or packaging, to be determined once you have contacted us regarding said issue).

Products are required to be returned with receiver signature confirmation and a copy of your original invoice in the shipment. We are not responsible for returns that do not include tracking information.
