Pump doesn’t work :(

"After reading some of these reviews and seeing that the pumps do not work well, I decided to take a chance in hopes they had fixed the problem. Sadly they have not. The shampoo is lovely though. Smells great. Just wish I didn’t have to unscrew the lid and pour it out. Please fix this issue! I also ordered the body wash and it has a different pump that works great. Not sure why they wouldn’t put them on all their bottles."
