I love the product but was damaged

"I tried this in a hotel few weeks ago and had to have it. Been waiting for the shampoo and conditioner to come back in stick.in the meantime I ordered the body wash and lotion. Unfortunately it came damaged and rhe lotion had exploded. Haven't hears back in regards to replacement. Normally I wouldn't make a fuss because I can still use it. Bit for the cost, it definitely stinks. Either way I still love it"
